Performance Intelligence (PQ)

The ability of individuals to be aware of the impact of their own behaviours, thoughts and emotions, as well as those of others, and being able to discern the reality of any given situation and then having the skills to make the effective choices whilst communicating and leading themselves, and others, in what is then required to deliver high performance.

2020 got off to what seemed to be a great start.

By April the world was in lockdown and everybody was either ‘working from home’, furloughed or worse still, had their job evaporate in front of them. This was whilst the pantomime of world politics played out about how to contain and tackle the hidden enemy: Covid-19.

Leadership, although tested by 9/11 in 2001 and the Financial Crisis of 2008, was not prepared for anything as widespread and deep in impact than from the global pandemic that was unfolding in front of us.

Thankfully, there were a number of people who could see what pieces of the jigsaw puzzle were required to not only survive, but thrive. More importantly, they were the ones who were also able to work out the order in which they needed to be put together, by whom and by when.

What was it that these people had that others clearly did not?

Welcome to the world of Performance Intelligence.

We have uncovered what makes these people invaluable to any team and organisation. We realised that this is something that the military have been spending millions on every year.

From this work we have created a high impact training programme to enable individuals to become aware of their levels of Performance Intelligence and what they need to do to improve. This ensures they are then equipped to deliver sustained levels of High Performance, whatever the world decides to throw at them.

" The most valuable lesson I learned is that I should strive to raise self-awareness and awareness of reality in myself and in others in every conversation. The effect has been profound."
