My job is to help you deepen your levels of awareness and grasp the true reality of whatever situation you find yourself in, before making your best available choice.
Do not always expect a ‘yes’ from me, yet always remember I am on your side!
No one ever tells you what the road to success is like. There is often a real mix of those who are supportive and encouraging, as there are those who are disparaging and damning. And it is lonely. Your job is to keep clear of the noise and navigate your way to achieving your desired goals. Once there, it is important to know that you are not alone and there are others who think and feel exactly the same way as you!
My job is to help you ground yourself in the reality of who you are (both good and bad!) and the situation you find yourself in. We then work together to determine how to bring your A-game to the fore and for me to play the role of trusted advisor.
Do not underestimate the road to change and winning can be hard, and know you will have the support at every step, to help you achieve beyond even what you think is possible.

The reason to create a team is for a chosen group of individuals to produce enhanced and better results. Little time, however, is often spent exploring what makes them truly perform at the highest levels and what allows them to win more of the time.
When working with teams I carry out an assessment to establish what the current realities are before establishing what factors need to be worked on. We are then able to focus on helping them unlock the magic of becoming a High Performing Team.
Flushing out any ‘Elephants in the Room’ is an essential part of this process to leave no stone unturned ensuring your best chance to be successful.

Deal with the underlying insecurities to create real confidence
There is a big difference between those who have it and those who just pretend to. More importantly everyone can see it the moment they walk in the room. Enabling leaders to walk with a real Grounded Confidence, with the gravitas to support it, creates a solid platform from which to engender High Performance in others as well as developing a new level of trust. The Grounded Confidence course enables leaders to explore where they are currently at, as well as the barriers that get in the way. They are then able to work within a small group to develop new ways of doing things that continually pushes the envelope. By the end of the course you have a group of leaders who are aware of the things that get in the way of their own performance as well as equipping them with the tools and techniques to lead and influence others to be High Performing.
Get the leopard to change their spots and deliver the right behaviours
In many situations High Performers are allowed to get away with sometimes questionable behaviours. The cost of this remaining un-noticed or ignored can often outweigh the perceived benefit such individuals bring. Helping these High Performers and organisations in dealing with these behaviours, to help the ‘leopard to change their spots’, is huge. Yes it is hard work, yet it is achievable and sustainable. I have developed a process that enables people to face into the reasons that sit behind their behaviours and move to exploring different desired patterns of behaviour. The old behaviours can always be accessed but the real skill comes through people choosing the new behaviours instead.
Get the real issues on the table and get them tackled and resolved
In many teams or organisations there is often a topic, issue, problem (or person!) that everyone knows exists but is never talked about in open forum for fear of all sorts of consequences. Having the ability to get this subject on the table and discussing it without fear can be the key to unblocking the path to High Performance. I have developed a tool to enable these discussions to take place without the negative emotions getting in the way and messing things up.

Back in 2020 we got off to what seemed to be a great start. By April the world was in lockdown and everybody was either ‘working from home’, furloughed or worse still, had their job evaporate in front of them. This was whilst the pantomime of world politics played out about how to contain and tackle the hidden enemy: Covid-19.
Leadership, although tested by 9/11 in 2001 and the Financial Crisis of 2008, was not prepared for anything as widespread and deep in impact than from the global pandemic that unfolded in front of us.
Thankfully, there were a number of people who could see what pieces of the jigsaw puzzle were required to not only survive, but thrive. More importantly, they were the ones who were also able to work out the order in which they needed to be put together, by whom and when.
What was it that these people had that others clearly did not?
And what can we use in the new reality of 2025 and beyond?
